Гугли точную модель, а не просто "хайсенс врф". Мануалы часто на их официальном сайте в разделе поддержки или на специализированных форумах по климату.

У Хайсенса вроде как есть официальное представительство в РФ. Так что можно как вариант, написать им в техподдержку и попросить у инженеров прислать распиновку.
